We would like to inform you that Luceplan S.p.A. will use your personal data in full compliance with the fundamental principles stated in the new Privacy Code according to the Italian Law Decree no. 196 of 30/6/2003. <br />

The controller of the personal data processing is Luceplan S.p.A. with registered office at Via E.T. Moneta, 40 20161 Milan.  <br />
You may view, ask for updating, integration and correction of your data at any time and free of charge. <br />

ACTIONS FOR THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA AND ITS PURPOSES<br />
Please find hereafter all actions we have undertaken that involve the collection, keeping or processing of your personal data as well as their purposes:<br />

- to organize, manage and carry out the service (sending newsletters);<br />
- to access the website’s reserved areas;<br />
- to send information strictly related to the services used by you; <br />
- to meet obligations established by law or other duties requested by competent Authorities; <br />
- to send information about new services offered, planned events and special offers that Luceplan believes its users may be interested in; <br />
- to use data for statistical purposes.<br />

Should some data not be furnished, one or more of the aforementioned services may not be carried out properly.<br />

DATA TREATMENT METHODS<br />
Personal data will be treated exclusively through the use of IT tools accessed only by personnel appointed for data treatment.<br />

Luceplan has foreseen all IT security measures necessary to reduce to a minimum the risk of violation of users’ privacy by third parties and is ready to take any additional security measure deemed necessary. Please recall that the transmission of personal data takes place under the user’s responsibility. It is optional to provide additional personal data, but it would help Luceplan guarantee a constantly better service tailored to the user’s expectations (new services offered, sales offers, etc.).<br />
Luceplan excludes on principle any data treatment directly or indirectly linked to sensitive data.<br />

Data subject’s rights:<br />

We further inform you that every data subject is entitled to exercise the rights referred to in art.7 of Law 196/03 which are summarized hereafter: <br />

- to be informed of: data controller’s name, company name, domicile, address, registered office; data treatment purposes and methods; <br />
- to obtain from the controller: <br />
confirmation of the existence of personal data involving the data subject and communication of said data. Information related to the logics applied and the purposes of the data treatment; elimination and transformation into anonymous format of the data treated in breach of the law, including the data whose keeping is not necessary for the purposes for which it was processed or subsequently treated; data updating, correction or integration; evidence that the actions under numbers 2 and 3 have been disclosed with regards to the content to those to whom the data has been communicated to or disseminated, except when said fulfillments are not possible or require the employment of means that are clearly disproportionate compared to the right to be protected;<br />
- to oppose in whole or in part and for legitimate reasons the treatment of the data subject’s own personal data even if relevant to the purposes of data collection;<br />
- to oppose in whole or in part the treatment of the data subject’s own personal data for commercial advertising, sending advertising material or direct sales or for conducting market research or for interactive business communication and to be informed by the controller of the possibility of exercising said right free of charge no later than the instant when the data is communicated or disseminated. <br />
