Available by registration, the configurator has been conceived to explore the expressive potential of the Liiu system, offering maximum creative independence in the specification of every detail, while conserving the aesthetic coherence and functionality of this product with its versatile character.
The configurator offers professionals the opportunity to explore and create customized configurations, adapting the product to specific design requirements, sharing them via a simple link, and, thanks to downloadable support materials, integrating them into their own projects.
With the new configurator we update our commitment to the world of design, offering a digital platform that becomes a direct extension of the creativity of architects and interior designers, through which light takes form in harmony with the space containing it.
How to configure Liiu
The basic structure is composed of electrified metal cables fastened to the ceiling rose or track and held in constant tension by counter-weights.
The bodies of the lamps are positioned on the cables by means of two very light arms that support the luminous head and feature a spiral at the extremity. Assembly is simple and rapid, with a gesture that sums up the essence of the project.
With just a few elements, which can be selected and adjusted according to specific needs, it’s possible to create configurations ranging from simple solutions for domestic settings to complex installations for contract spaces.
Maximum flexibility for every project
Besides a selection of 35 preset configurations, which can also be modified – including linear (10) and circular (25) versions – users can create completely new compositions, defining every parameter with the guidance of a step-by-step interface: from the height of the setting to the form of the configuration (linear, circular or arched); from the type of track (ceiling, suspension or built-in) to the number and length of the cables; from the number of lamp units to their arrangement, all the way to the power and type of supply (remote or with ceiling plate).
Compact circular configurations are available, complete with canopies featuring 4, 6, or 12 cables, with an extension that can reach up to 20 meters.
Configure, view, share.
Every choice translates in real time into a completely navigable 3D visualization that permits instant evaluation of the overall effect from all vantage points, allowing users to download a 3D format which can be inserted in their projects. In the download area it is also possible to export the parameters of the selected configuration, the technical profile and the instructions for installation. To complete the project, users can request an estimate, including delivery times.
By sharing a link, it is possible to show the configuration of the lamp in a simple and interactive way. For an even more immersive experience, alongside the configurator, the viewer offers the possibility of creating a virtual space made to measure, inside which to insert one or more configurations: a unique way to visualize the correct proportions and the relationship between light and space.
