For the new headquarters of Allspring Global Investments at 417 E. Chicago St., in the heart of Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward, the project by Gensler embodies a contemporary, collaborative workplace focused on wellbeing. Within this setting, lighting becomes a defining feature. Levante suspension is installed in multiple units throughout the shared and social areas, where it interacts with site-specific artworks and enhances their visual impact. Its sculptural composition – three large, lightweight fans that evenly diffuse light – gives strong identity to the interiors, transforming illumination into an architectural statement.

In the meeting rooms, Compendium suspension introduces a more essential yet equally distinctive language. Linear, refined and highly efficient, it delivers generous light onto work surfaces, ensuring visual comfort and precision.

Together, Levante and Compendium create a balance between expressive presence and technical rigor, shaping a workspace aligned with Allspring’s forward-looking vision.
